This policy covers digital products sold by StayNear Parks — downloadable guides, trip kits and checklists. Reading the site is free; this page only matters when you buy something.

The 14-day promise

If a purchase doesn't match its description, is broken, or simply didn't reach you, tell us within 14 days and we'll fix the delivery or refund you in full — your choice.

Changed your mind?

Digital files can't be "returned", so refunds after a successful download are at our discretion — but we're not in the business of keeping money from unhappy hikers. Write to us, tell us what disappointed you, and we'll sort it out fairly.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, with the order reference if you have it. We answer within a few business days; approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

What this doesn't cover

• Bookings, tours and gear bought from partners through our links — those purchases are made with the partner, under the partner's own refund terms (see the affiliate disclosure).
• Free content — there's nothing to refund.
